MEET THE PRESIDENT

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

To the Sisters of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Anne Arundel County Chapter (NCBW-AACO) thank you for your confidence in electing me to be your 2023-2025 President. I am deeply honored to serve as the President of this outstanding chapter.

To those visiting our website, Welcome!! Welcome to the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Anne Arundel County Chapter. We are excited that you have chosen to visit our website and discover who we are and how we are advocating on behalf of Black women and girls.

Chartered in 1992, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Anne Arundel County Chapter, is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization comprised of phenomenal professional Black women, committed to advocating on behalf of Black women and girls, to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education, and economic empowerment.

We have and continue to engage community leaders, develop partnerships, and solicit sponsors to support our mission, programs, and goals. Now more than ever, the fight for social equality and justice is critical.  The last few years have shown disparities in the Black community in the areas of systemic racism, systemic poverty, ecological devastation, civil unrest, and police brutality, to name a few. Through strategic alliances and civic engagement legislation, we are organized, positioned for action, and dedicated to being a united voice for Black women and girls in both Anne Arundel County and Harford County, Maryland.

We welcome women interested in becoming a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Anne Arundel County Chapter.  Join us in our mission, as we remain vigilant as a voice and advocate for Black women and girls in our communities.

I invite you to visit our website often for information regarding scheduled programs and events.

Warmest Regards,

Olivia Mcmillian
